1. Services Provided

MyHealthBuddy connects individuals living with diabetes ("Mentees") to experienced individuals ("Mentors") for lifestyle guidance and tips. These sessions are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering on our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking and Payments

Each session is 50 minutes long and costs $45.

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

All bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

4. Mentor-Mentee Interaction

Mentors provide guidance based on their personal experiences living with diabetes.

MyHealthBuddy does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from sessions.

Mentees are encouraged to consult healthcare professionals before making significant lifestyle changes.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the platform responsibly and respectfully in all interactions.

Not share, upload, or communicate inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of your Mentor or Mentee.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyHealthBuddy website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of MyHealthBuddy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce this content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

MyHealthBuddy is not a healthcare provider. Our services are informational and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the guidance provided by Mentors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHealthBuddy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Refund Policy

Payments for sessions are non-refundable, except in cases where a Mentor cancels the appointment and rescheduling is not possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
